Prime X4  Multi-Purpose Primer & Stain-Blocker is an interior-exterior water-based primer and sealer for painting over flat paints, drywall, wood, masonry, cement composition panels, concrete and many other architectural surfaces.. It has superior stain-blocking and provides excellent adhesion and hiding ability in a fast drying, low odor formulation. Resists mildew.
