1. For security reasons, we only ship replacement keys to the original purchaser. If we cannot verify your original purchase and serial number, your order will be cancelled and refunded—no exceptions. If original purchase was before 2023 and we haven’t sold you replacement keys since, please contact us so we can review our older records. Do not place an order unless you meet these conditions.

2. We are not authorized to sell LAI vending machine keys or keys for non–self-storage locks. Please contact LAI directly for those items.
