Disc Lock Security Insert

A430S is an aluminum insert that aligns the disc lock so the shackle cannot be accessable to a bolt cutter.
 

If you look at the images you can see that the insert goes through the opening in your disc lock. One side of the insert rests along the slide part of your hasp, and the other against the isnide of the lock. When you close the shackle on the lock it is now much tougher to cut. The insert is now holding your lock in a position that makes it very difficult to access the shackle - it is protected by the hasp, the heavy insert and the lock itself and the insert makes it hard to move the lock enough to get a cutting angle. So this insert is a simple but effective way to reduce the risk of having someone use bolt cutters on your lock or on the slide part of your hasp.
