Wash 'N Roll is a maintenance cleaner* for roll-up doors that removes surface dirt and dust. Wash 'N Roll is not suitable for chalk (aka 'oxidized paint') removal when preparing to refinish your roll-up doors. To remove chalk use Zap-It Chalk Grime Buster instead.

One of the great benefits of this product is you can use equipment you have on hand rather than specialized rigs you have to
store unused for most of the year. Your system can be as simple as a couple buckets on one of your push carts, a cordless sprayer, an RV brush and a gallon of concentrate.
Since it can take as little as 3-5 minutes per door you can set up a schedule to clean a few doors at a time without turning it in to a major project.
Note: Wash 'N Roll is easily applied with a hand held power washer. While we cannot recommend a particular unit there are a wide variety of portable power washers which may be suitable at Home Depot and other big box stores. Our thought was that portable rechargeable units allow quick cleaning, compact storage, use existing resources like your carts and buckets without having to drag out and store large power washing systems.

Tip: Give your doors a good initial wash then perform a maintenance wash on a schedule. Barring unusual situations this should allow a simple and fast one pass rinse at most locations. |
